Can we talk about the fact that until last night my life and childhood were void of the awesomeness that is the game Stratego? Gerard grew up with it, and bought a version for us yesterday, and at the risk of being a huge old dork-- this game is so cool!! I'm really sad about all these years gone without this game in my life...

Can we also talk about the fact that when Gerard was explaining the game play to me, he made it perfectly evident that his three post-graduate degrees (from Columbia and Vanderbilt, mind you) never taught him how to appropriately say 'Colonel'??! Now, it is no secret Gerard has his only special way of saying some words (library, birthday, salmon...) but I think this is just taking it too far...
